User & Membership Terms and Agreements
Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement is a legally binding document that defines your rights and obligations regarding your use of this site and services. You grant your complete acceptance of this Agreement by joining STEVESHOTLIST.COM as a registered member, or by using this site in any manner whatsoever. You may use or access this site if you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms outlined herein, please do not use or access the Members sections of this site in any manner.
STEVESHOTLIST.COM will notify you of changes to its membership terms and agreements and information usage practices by posting the changes on this page. Please check the revision date at the bottom of this Agreement, to determine if the policy has been modified since you last reviewed it. You agree that you will regularly review this Agreement for changes when visiting STEVESHOTLIST.COM. If at any time you do not agree to the revisions we make in this Agreement, please do not use or log on the members sections of STEVESHOTLIST.COM by any means.
Adjudication
You agree that any disagreement or claim that may arise out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in the State of Maryland.
Advertisers
STEVESHOTLIST.COM, in its sole discretion, may post the advertisements of third
parties on STEVESHOTLIST.COM. Your correspondence or dealings with advertisers found on this Site are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that STEVESHOTLIST.COM shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort
incurred as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on this Site. Moreover, STEVESHOTLIST.COM shall not be responsible or liable for the statements or conduct of any third party on this Site, including but not limited to advertisers.
Assignment
STEVESHOTLIST.COM has the right to appoint its rights under this Agreement. You may not appoint your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
Assurance
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STEVESHOTLIST.COM and its affiliates and all of their respective employees, agents, directors, officers, employees, proprietors, partners, representatives, shareholders, servants, attorneys, predecessors, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses), relating to or arising from your use of STEVESHOTLIST.COM, any arrangements you make based on information obtained at STEVESHOTLIST.COM, any products or services obtained through the Site, and any breach by you of this Agreement.
Billing
Rates for certain services may vary and are subject to change at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice being given. Notice shall be deemed given when modifications to these Terms & Agreements are sent to your email address or to your home or business address on file with STEVESHOTLIST.COM, or by posting on the STEVESHOTLIST.COM web site. Your continued use of this site after such notice occurs will be considered acceptance of any changes or modifications. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information to STEVESHOTLIST.COM. This includes your name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail and credit card information. The credit card you provide to us will be used any time you purchase goods or services from us. In the event of a dispute with your credit card billing or your STEVESHOTLIST.COM account, please contact us via Email: admin@STEVESHOTLIST.COM
or using postal mail within sixty (60) days of the date of your credit card billing statement. State the nature of the dispute, the exact amount in question, and include a copy of any relevant information with your letter.

Choice of Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Events Beyond STEVESHOTLIST.COM's Control
STEVESHOTLIST.COM and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss resulting from a cause over which they do not have direct control, including but not limited to failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes, or natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, wars, or governmental restrictions.
Intellectual Property Rights
The contents of and all materials distributed in coincidence with the Site, are
copyright (c) 2006 by STEVESHOTLIST.COM and/or its suppliers with all rights reserved. STEVESHOTLIST.COM also owns a copyright on the Site as a collective work and/or compilation, and in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content. You agree not to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, translate, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, or dissemble any aspect of the Site, with the following exception: You may display, print, and store one electronic copy of content provided by STEVESHOTLIST.COM for your personal use.

NEITHER STEVESHOTLIST.COM NOR ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, PROPRIETORS, PARTNERS,

Member Duration and Termination
This Agreement shall have an initial term of one month, commencing on the date the user creates the initial account. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-month terms unless terminated at the election of either STEVESHOTLIST.COM or the subscriber by e-mail notification. STEVESHOTLIST.COM may, at its option, immediately terminate this Agreement if the subscriber is in default of any of the subscriber’s representations, warranties or obligations. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement (i) STEVESHOTLIST.COM shall have the right to discontinue hosting and maintaining the subscriber’s property listings; and (II) the subscriber shall have the right to require STEVESHOTLIST.COM to discontinue hosting and maintaining the subscriber’s property listings.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the matters provided in this Agreement and supersedes and cancels any and all prior understandings or agreements verbal or otherwise, in relation to such matters which may exist between the parties. No oral explanation or no oral information given by the parties shall alter the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
The limitation of liability and confidentiality section of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. In the event that any term is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable because it is invalid or in conflict with any law of any relevant jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced as if the Agreement did not contain the particular terms held to be unenforceable.
Membership Cancellation
STEVESHOTLIST.COM can only cancel membership services if the subscriber e-mails admin@STEVESHOTLIST.COM
Passwords
As a registered member, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account password and any other identifying information. You are responsible for any charges or losses that may be incurred as a result of your failure to maintain strict confidentiality of your account password or information. STEVESHOTLIST.COM is not liable for any harm which may be caused or related to the theft or disclosure of your account password or identifying information, or your releasing your password or identifying information to another individual who then uses the site.
You further agree to notify STEVESHOTLIST.COM immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account password or identifying information.
Privacy Policy
By using the STEVESHOTLIST.COM site and services, you are accepting the practices set out in our Privacy Policy and those Terms.
Refund Policy
If not totally satisfied with STEVESHOTLIST.COM services, e-mail admin@STEVESHOTLIST.COM before the end of your 15-day free trial. After completion of free trial, users will be charged for access to applicable membership services on a monthly basis. In order to cancel services after said 15-day trial has concluded, e-mail the address stated above in this paragraph. Membership services shall be cancelled immediately upon receipt of cancellation e-mail. No pro-rated refund will be given for cancellation of services on any given month.
Site Use
STEVESHOTLIST.COM consists of public areas and members only areas. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, you may use the public areas of the site. Access or use of the members only areas of STEVESHOTLIST.COM requires you to become a registered member. Unless and until you become a registered member, you may not access, and you agree not to access, the members only areas of STEVESHOTLIST.COM.
Transactions with Third Parties
This Site allows you to purchase products and services directly from third party vendors ("Third Party Vendors") through links on the Site. STEVESHOTLIST.COM is not a party to any transaction between you and any Third Party Vendor. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that STEVESHOTLIST.COM and its affiliates shall have no liability for any cost, damage or harm arising directly or indirectly from (i) any products or services ordered through the Site (including, without limitation, delivery (or failure to deliver), quality, performance, compatibility, and suitability for a particular purpose), and (ii) any action or inaction of any Third Party Vendor. STEVESHOTLIST.COM makes no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding any product or service provided or offered by any Third Party Vendor and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Third Party Vendor shall be at your own risk. STEVESHOTLIST.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES REGARDING GOODS OR SERVICES YOU OBTAIN FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH THIRD PARTY VENDORS FOR ALL CLAIMS REGARDING SUCH GOODS AND SERVICES.

STEVESHOTLIST.COM is not responsible for claims made concerning any third party articles published on STEVESHOTLIST.COM. All claims concerning any article published should be addressed to the stated author.
Terms
This Agreement will take effect at the time you enter and begin using the
STEVESHOTLIST.COM. STEVESHOTLIST.COM reserves the right at any time to deny you access to STEVESHOTLIST.COM or any portion thereof, and to terminate this Agreement.
No waiver of any term of this Agreement will be valid unless in writing and
acknowledged in writing or electronically by both parties. If any portion of
this Agreement is adjudged invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent
jurisdiction, the remaining portions will remain valid, enforceable, and
carried into effect.
You represent that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and
agree and intend to be legally bound by it. You acknowledge that, in
providing you access to and use of the Site, STEVESHOTLIST.COM has relied on
your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
